promocode.bet respects intellectual property rights and expects the same in return. Bookmaker names and logos shown here belong to their owners and are used to identify the operator being written about — nothing more.

Before you send a notice

If the issue is a logo, a brand name or a bonus description, it can usually be fixed in minutes by emailing us. A takedown notice is not necessary to get something corrected or removed.

Sending a takedown notice

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, email support@promocode.bet with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
2. The exact URL on promocode.bet of the material you are reporting.
3. Your name, postal address and email address, so we can reach you.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices slow things down rather than speed them up, so please include all six.

What we do with it

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where the claim holds up, the material is removed or access to it is disabled, and the person who published it is told what was removed and why. If we believe the material was not infringing, we will say so and explain our reasoning rather than simply ignoring the notice.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the URL, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error. Counter-notices are handled under standard DMCA procedure.

Repeat infringement

Accounts or contributors that repeatedly infringe lose the ability to publish here.
