This policy describes what happens to information when you use promocode.bet. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

The short version

promocode.bet is a static website. There are no accounts, no logins and no shopping basket. You can read every page on this site without giving us anything, and nothing you do while reading is tied to you as a person.

What we collect

Browsing. Nothing that identifies you. Pages are served as pre-built files, so there is no server-side profile of your visit.

The contact form. If you send a message, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you typed. We use them to answer you and for nothing else. If your question needs an answer from a bookmaker, we will tell you rather than forward your details.

Nothing sensitive. We never ask for a betting account number, a password, a document or a payment detail. No one from promocode.bet will ever ask you for them. If a message claims otherwise, it is not from us.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Some of the services below may set a cookie strictly to do their job — a security challenge needs to remember it has already been passed, for example. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

Third parties we actually use

• Cloudflare Pages — hosts and delivers the site. Like any host it processes connection data such as your IP address in order to serve a page and to absorb attacks.
• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. It sees what you typed into the form.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — the anti-spam check on the contact form. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to a puzzle CAPTCHA and does not track you across sites.
• Analytics — if aggregate page analytics are switched on, they are counted at the page level only. We do not build individual profiles, and we do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags anywhere on this site.

Links to bookmakers

Outbound links leave promocode.bet and land on a bookmaker’s own website. From that moment their privacy policy applies, not ours — including any tracking they choose to do. We have no visibility into what happens inside your account with them.

How long we keep things

Contact messages are kept only as long as the conversation needs, and then deleted. We do not maintain a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters.

Your rights

Write to support@promocode.bet to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because the only personal data here comes from messages you sent us, this is usually a short conversation.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 or over — or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold data about them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
